With this percentile there are very less chances to get into a good NIT but you can still try other private institutions and universities.

Your chances for IIIT Delhi are moderate, while for LMNIIT Jaipur are good enough.

If you are passionate about computer science and want to do research and create something new, you'll definitely not regret leaving and joining IIIT-D.
You'll get the chance to work at cutting edge things, go deep into computer science and acquire deep technical knowledge of a variety of domains (and the way YOU want them. The curriculum provides a lot of flexibility). If you want to work in the technical industry/research industry and learn, you would not regret joining IIIT-Delhi.
If not, IIIT-D will probably still be a cool (but hard) place to kick it but I'd need more details of what you want to do to be able to comment.
