Yes, good placement for M.Tech at IIST (Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology). In 2023, the highest package offered was INR 28 LPA for M.Tech in Machine Learning and Computing. Many of our courses achieved over 50% in terms of placements. Others had 100% placement rates. That's why the institute has good links with entities such as ISRO which directly hires students and opens up great career prospects for students in the realm of space sciences.

Class 12 marks alone are not sufficient for admission to the M.Tech programs at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST). Admission to IIST's M.Tech courses is primarily based on a valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria, including a minimum percentage or CGPA in their undergraduate degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in a relevant field. While Class 12 marks are important for earlier academic qualifications, they do not play a direct role in the M.Tech admission process. Candidates should focus on securing a strong GATE score and meeting other specific requirements set by IIST for the desired specialization. Additionally, shortlisted candidates may need to go through an interview or counseling process as part of the selection procedure.
