Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) is the primer institute for education in the field of Aerospace engineering. You are advised to appear for JEE Advanced for doing B.Tech aerospace engineering. All expenses for doing B.Tech aerospace engineering at IIST is paid by the government of India with a job at ISRO subject to availability of vacancies.
Candidates wishing to join the graduation degree programmes at IIST must appear for JEE (Advanced) conducted by IITs (visit http://www.jeeadv.ac.in/ for more details). IIST admission rank list is generated only for those candidates who register online for admission to IIST and satisfy all the eligibility criteria. IIST admission rank list is repaired based on their JEE. The IIST web portal for online registration will be open from 22nd May, up to 12th June 2017. The IIST admission counselling will be conducted during the fourth week of June 2017. You may please visit IIST admission website for further information including eligibility criteria, minimum prescribed marks in JEE (Advanced)-2017, reservation policy, fee and performance based financial assistance and policy of absorption in ISRO/DOS, etc.

Admission to IIST is based on JEE Mains. You are advised to appear for JEE as it will open opportunities for you to seek admission in aeronautical or aerospace engineering in multiple colleges beside IIST.

If your are B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, CSE, Metallurgy, Aeronautical Engineering or M.Sc Physics, Chemistry from IIT you have a very chance of getting a good job with ISRO.

I would suggest to go for Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering from a renowned college then you may pursue higher studies on same. It will take you to close to your dreams.

One more suggestion, if possible just read the 'Wings of Fire' the autobiography of Mr. APJ Abdul Kalam. It will charge you up again.
