The Best Technical Institute of India.
Placements: As of the batch of 2024, the placements are really good, with an average package above 20 Lacs. Top civil engineering companies of India, like L and T and many more, come and recruit here. The faculty here is very supportive; they also provide us with some insights that help us during placement seasons or for internships. Many workshops are conducted by seniors to help us make our CVs.
Infrastructure: In the institute, all civil engineering labs and facilities are world-class. There is a driving simulator lab where we can drive a car, bike, and truck with a real setup in a virtual world. Also, there are labs for various domains of civil engineering, like Transport Engineering, Structural Engineering, and many more. There is a very huge 3D printer that can 3D print buildings without any human effort, just by putting the design in the computer.
Faculty: The faculty is very supportive. They want us to explore the domain, so they don't pressure us for anything. They give us very interesting projects, like making reels on civil engineering topics. They just want us to feel that civil engineering is a good domain for pursuing engineering. They organize guest lectures from top civil engineers or others who have achieved a lot in this domain.

As a civil student, I feel it is the best college in India.
Placements: Above 95% of applied people got placed in our college. The salary package offered ranges from 10 LPA to above 2 crores per annum for different roles. Companies like Tower Research, McKinsey Bain, BCG Consultants, Google, and Jane Street are aspired recruiting companies. Internship season was a bit low this year and not many people got a satisfactory internship. I am a civil engineer. Godrej offered us a few very good roles of being on-site, and also on the technical side.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is super fast everywhere. The food served depends on the day as well as the size of the hostel as a large number of students is correlated to lower food quality. Classrooms and hostel rooms are well built apart from the old buildings that may be renovated soon.
Faculty: Faculty members here are the best in the country. Courses offered here are very relevant. The new curriculum is a great way to improve the mindset and make the workforce more data structured and digitalised in the civil engineering field. Semesters are way if you attend the classes, apart from that I feel the experience is worth it.

Infrastructure: *In my college almost all the facilities available like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, etc. *In my college hostel facilities are very good as compared to others. Message, canteen, medical facilities are available and good for everyone. Sports and games are also available in lot of facilities.
Faculty: *Yes the teachers are well qualified and his teaching quality is also good. *Yes it makes the students industry ready. *Semester exam are not so hard it is easy for all type of students like low class, upper class almost 80% students passed with good marks.
Other: *I choose this course because I think it is easy and relevant. *Improvement of teaching skills. *Events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, etc. Are also good as the people want.

All your efforts are worth it.
Placements: As My branch is civil engineering. According to 2023–2024 placements of IIT Bombay, 83.32% of students were placed. Highest package: INR 1.68 cr Average package: INR 21.82 lakh Median package: INR 19.63 lakh Overall, placement of Civil Engineering was like the number of students for placements registered: 177 Appeared: 146 Placed: 113 All above data was for Civil Engineering only. Now below data is of overall placements, including all branches. Total students placement data; No. of students registered: 2414 No. of students appeared: 1979 No. of students placed: 1475 Overall placements: 74. 53% (Note* in overall placements Btech. + Mtech. + PhD are included.) Top recruiters are Apple, Google, Intel, Morgan Stanley, Jaguar, Qualcomm, etc. In civil engineering, Afcons, L&T, etc. Internship Result Year: No. of total students got internship 2020 - 940 2021 - 1195 2022 - 1104 2023 - 1267 Definitely, IIT Bombay will have better placements in the upcoming years.
Infrastructure: Facilities given to students in college are first class, as all needs are inside campus of 518 acres. Currently, the hostel has double occupancy but soon single occupancy will be given. All rooms have high-speed internet with the latest bandwidth. Top-class lab facilities: all hi-tech machines and instruments are available on campus; it's surprising, but yes, our college has more than 100 3D printers, a hydraulics lab, and many more. Our college has a library containing more than 5 lakh books of all domains and fields. And two types of reading halls, one which is open for 12 hours and one which opens 24 hours a day. Mess food is like mess food but little better than other colleges and mess during jee preparations. All sports facilities are here: basketball ground, volleyball ground, lawn tennis court, and badminton court. All of these are not only one but available at more than 4 places inside campus. Other than these, all indoor games like carrom, chess, and table tennis also have a swimming pool. And IIT BOMBAY has its own hospital, which is completely free, meaning there is no extra charge other than fees.
Faculty: I think our college has the best professors from the entire country and we have foreign professors also. As they are the best teachers, their teaching style is also very smooth and explains in an easy way. Course curriculum is kept more inclined towards industry needs, but in first semester there are some courses which are not needed for industry, like chemistry as civil engineer. Semester exams are a little difficult compared to other colleges, of course, because here are the best brains of India and somewhat other countries also. Pass percentage is 34%, I think, and in cpi-wise it is 4.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are very good. Classrooms and labs are very comfortable and clean. A vast collection of books, reports and generals is in the library. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is hygienic. The hostel rooms are good. Multiple sports facilities are available.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive of all the students. They motivate all the students every time and also help them. The teaching quality is very good. The teaching methods involve personal involvement of teachers and personality development. The semester exams are difficult.

Civil needs too much experience and hard work. I guess minimum 5 years to get quite good income. It starts from 5,000 or free training (like you have to work like 3-6 months for free then salary starts, in some cases you change job another company again force you to work free for at least 1-3 month
