I don't exactly get what did you meant by pay but if you are asking about the fees, its not official yet but the fees from next batch (2016) will be around Rs.2,60,000/- for 1 year (2 Semester). The fees for previous batches was Rs.1,50,000/-

You have to clear JEE advance in order to get admission in IIT Bombay. You can give JEE advanced 2 times once in your 12th class or in next year after completing 12th.
