The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay is an internationally acclaimed autonomous public research university and technical institute that ranks third in the NIRF 2022 category of Engineering. To get admission into an institute, candidates are required to pass a national-level entrance exam for most of the undergraduate courses. For its four-year undergraduate B.Tech course, it accepts the JEE exam. Since the competition is high for this prestigious institute, you need to score very high in both 12th grade and JEE (advanced). After qualifying for the 12th standard with a score of more than 90%, you need to appear for JEE. Aspirants seeking admission to B.Tech must qualify for JEE Main and JEE Advanced, followed by JOSAA counseling. To get into IIT Bombay, you must have a rank of less than 3000, as the cutoff for almost every branch of B.Tech will be high. For instance, in 2021's last round of counseling, it was 1241 for mechanical engineering; similarly, for civil engineering, it was 3304. You can visit https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-exam to know the syllabus, previous year's paper, and preparation for the JEE exam and start preparing as early as possible.

Dear Omkar, I hope things are going well. Without a doubt, you can learn. There are many resources available right now. Both offline and internet resources are used. There are also many paid online animation courses available, but my recommendation is to go to college so that the work will be organised and follow a certain flow. I hope this is helpful. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions if you have any.

Undoubtedly, IIT Mumbai enjoys the luxury of excellent location. It has beaches, it is a Bollywood hub, and it has great places to visit. Mumbai is the Financial Capital of India and draws more employers than any other IIT. IIT Delhi comes a close next but IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur and IIT Kharagpur are far below in the scale of location value. Living in a metro has its perks like better connectivity and better hostels. IIT Mumbai menu card has the greatest number of course options on it. The wide range of courses and their combinations are designed according to the current market demands and the potential demand in the near future. Hence, they prove to be greatly beneficial to students in terms of employment prospects. Over the past few years, IIT Mumbai has been able to attract best pay packages from multinational corporations across the world. Last year, the 5 the biggest salary packages offered to the IITians were offered to IIT-B students. In 2013, as many as 5 IIT Bombay students received a salary offer of about Rs 30 Lacs from MEC Japan, which was amongst the highest international offers made by the company. IIT Mumbai has made its curriculum quite flexible in the last few years much more relaxed or intensive than other IITs as per students choice. While the regular curriculum allows a lot of free time to students, there is a Minors and Honours System to allow students to choose as many courses they would like to pursue per semester.

Hi guest kulkarni,
First it would be great if you can mention if in any particular college you want to apply so I can help you with that. A number of checks should be surpassed on the way to be admitted to the Diploma in laptop technological know-how and Engineering programme. Students should additionally whole the scientific circulation in their 10th or 10+2.
In the close to future, GD Goenka, LPU, Sharda, DSEU, and other universities will offer the Diploma in computer Science and Engineering. Applicants can apply both on line and offline, but because on-line packages are greater dependable and speedier, many establishments pick them.
Hope this helps!

The two IITs that you mentioned are the best in the country. It's almost impossible to distinguish between the two as academics, placements, and faculty are all top-notch in both these establishments. Hence I would not like to place one over the other. However, there would be diehard proponents for each of these to say that theirs is the best. However, I would strongly advise that take admission where it is most convenient. Best wishes to you.
