The cut-off percentile for CAT (OBC) is 87%. In 2015, it was 90%. It fluctuates depending upon the institute.

You cannot apply to SJMSOM through CET. Admission to SJMSOM is only done through CAT.

It's not necessary actually. It's bifocal subject. You have other options as well like Electronics, Scooter Science, etc. But, most preferred option in CS as you can score more marks easily in it.
