Sure, I can provide you with information about the admission process for the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programme at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. The admission process for the B.Tech programme at IIT Delhi consists of two stages:
JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main
JEE Advanced
Let me explain each stage in more detail:
JEE Main: It is a national-level entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency NTA for admission to undergraduate engineering programs in India, including IITs. Candidates who have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects are eligible to appear for JEE Main. The exam consists of two papers - Paper 1 for B.E. /B.Tech programs and Paper 2 for B.Arch programs. Candidates can appear for either Paper 1 or both Paper 1 and Paper 2. JEE Advanced Only those candidates who clear the JEE Main are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. The JEE Advanced is a national-level examination conducted by one of the IITs on a rotational basis. The exam consists of two papers, each of three hours duration, and covers topics in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. Once the results of JEE Advanced are announced, the candidates are called for counseling and seat allocation. The seat allocation process is based on the JEE Advanced rank, and the choice of courses and institutes filled by the candidates during the counseling process. In summary, to secure admission to the B.Tech programme at IIT Delhi, you need to:
Appear for JEE Main and score the required cut-off marks. Clear JEE Advanced. Attend counseling and seat allocation process based on JEE Advanced rank and choices of courses and institutes. I hope this information helps you. All the best for your future endeavors!

he CAT cutoff for MBA (Finance) varies from institute to institute and depends on several factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, the academic profile of the candidates, etc. Typically, top B-schools such as IIMs, XLRI, FMS Delhi, etc., have a CAT cutoff percentile of 95-99 for their MBA (Finance) programs.
However, it is important to note that the CAT cutoff percentile is not the only criterion for getting a call for the GD-PI round. Other factors such as academic profile, work experience, extracurricular activities, and diversity also play a crucial role in the selection process. Candidates who meet the minimum CAT cutoff percentile but have a strong overall profile are more likely to receive a GD-PI call from top B-schools.
In conclusion, a CAT percentile of 95 or above can improve your chances of getting a GD-PI call for MBA (Finance) from top B-schools. However, it is important to have a well-rounded profile and showcase your strengths in other areas as well.
