Even if you have lost the chance to appear for JEE Mains in January, there is no need to worry since NTA will be conducting the exam again in April. There is no point in focusing on MCA after BTech from IIT. You should aim for MTech. However, if you want to do MCA then instead of BTech in IIT, you may do BCA after class 12th.

1] A Bachelors degree or a Masters degree with at least 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) out of 10 from the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The bachelors degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of four years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
2] Applicants appearing for final year of the degree and those who have completed the degree requirements and awaiting results can also apply. The applicant should have secured an aggregate of 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) or equivalent till the latest exam that has been completed and whose scores are available.
3] CA/ICWA, with a first-class Bachelors degree in any discipline having secured 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) in aggregate (including all years/semesters) or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) out of 10.

The eligibility criteria of MBA from IIT-D (DMS) is given below. Eligibility criteria : A Bachelors Degree or equivalent with minimum 60% of aggregate marks or 6.00 CGPA on a 10 point scale. The Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. A relaxation of 5% in marks (I. e. min. 55%) or equivalent in CGPA (I. e. min. 5.50 on a 10-point scale) for the SC/ST candidates. Those having applied to IIT Delhi MBA programmes on qualifying the CAT will be shortlisted and then invited for a WAT and interview. Hence as per eligibility criteria you are eligible for MBA programme at IIT-DMS. Hence apply for CAT exam for further selection process.

The admissions in IID-Delhi in UG programmes are based on JEE Advanced ranks (Conducted among the JEE Main qualifiers). While PG admission are done through GATE. Forensic Science programme are not available with IIT-D.
