But, it would surely provide you with an advantage in defending your candidature as to why you want to do MBA. Also, it might help you garner the knowledge which might help you get good placements. So, it would only matter if you face an interview.

then go for counselling.
U can also fill the form of REAP for Rajasthan's colleges.
Also fill the forms of various States counselling.
And unfortunately if u have unable 2 crack jee then. Try for private colleges.

If you are in SC category and qualified than apply for it. Sometimes seats remain vacant in SC category so apply in all IITs. Once you get selected you have a verities of choice to choose among them. All the best

No,Its not in IITD. Its offered in IITB with closing rank 1200. In IIT-KGP with closing rank around 3000.

Being a foreign student, you can apply through the GMAT score. GMAT score will be used instead of the CAT score for your admission.
