ILS College of Law is also known as the Indian Law Society College of Law. It is currently classified as a government-aided law school in Pune. India It was established in 1924 and has been associated with Savitribai Phule University, Pune since 194813. Recently, ILS Law College is in the process of being transformed into Maharashtra's first private law university. The purpose of this change is to provide greater academic freedom and flexibility in designing curricula and assessment systems for institutions. The college administration has submitted a proposal to the state government to facilitate this transition. And they are waiting for the passage of the Law University Bill ILS24. Therefore, even though ILS Law College is currently a government-aided institution, But it is still on the path to becoming a private university.

You can get the Distance Diploma in Corporate Law from ILS Law College, Pune. There is a graduation eligibility as well as a professional one that accepts entry from second-year students and above. The subjects studied include Company Law, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, SEBI regulations, and IP laws. This course is approximately 70 hours long and usually is taken through live online. The fees are around Rs. 20,000, inclusive of GST. On completion of the course, you will receive a certificate.
