The graduation marks won't be an obstacle, if you have a very good entrance exam score or a very good profile. However, top b-schools require minimum first class in graduation.

Good chances. IIFT entrance has no weightage to academic scores. Just clear the entrance cutoff and perform well in the GD PI WAT rounds.

Recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline. Candidate appearing in the final year examination of Graduation can also apply subject to submission of proof of requisite qualification by next year 7th October 2017.

You can pursue twinning MBA program from Taxila Business School in South Korea, Welingkar, IMI and FORE. Twinning program s are always better than in house programs, but it can be little expensive.
