Hello Nishar Ahmed, it's a very tough query to answer. There are different reasons. Firstly it's an institution where research in basic Science is the motto. This makes it unfit for normal recruiters. Secondly even students do not want to get placed not only after graduation but even after PG as almost every student opts for PhD. This results in very skewed ratio of just handful of students out of more than 100 getting placed. Frankly speaking, no one joins this place for getting job after undergraduate postgraduate or doctoral studies. Research oriented work is preferable to students.
