Hi, IISc does not offer any master degree course. So after completing B.Sc. A student can get admission into IISc Integrated Ph.D. programme through JEST and JAM entrance exam. IISc in one of the best university in India and its reputation is not only in India but in foreign land as well and that's why completing your post graduate from IISc offers extra advantage than any other university in India. IISc is among the best university in India and apart from it being a government funded institute, enrolling for integrated Ph.D. programme not only give you extra reputation but will also save your 1 year compare to those who opt for 2 years Masters degree programme elsewhere and then apply for Ph.D. in IISc. Every year, IISc takes 70-90 students only in integrated Ph.D. programme in which 15 to 23 are in Biological Sciences, 15 to 23 for Physical Sciences, 15 to 23 for Chemical Sciences and 15 to 23 for Mathematical Sciences.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, better known as IISc Bangalore has an active placement cell that conducts placement drives every year. The institute commenced its 2022 placement drive from October 2021. Students received an average salary of INR 23 LPA. The highest salary stood at INR 60 LPA. During IISc Bangalore Placements 2021, 276 students out of 528 graduating students were placed. Among them, 6 were UG students & 270 were PG students. A total of 130 students opted out from the placement drive to pursue higher studies. The median salary stood at INR 13.50 LPA for the UG students, INR 20 LPA for the 2 years PG students & INR 21.69 LPA for the 3 years PG students. The median salary of UG students increased by 30% as compared to the previous year. Some of the past recruiters included Adobe, India Bulls, Siemens, L&T, Tech Mahindra, ICICI bank, Cognizant, Birla Soft, Cipla etc.

Even your study at these institutions you will be getting good stipend. You can join any of these Institutes in 3 ways.
1. After class 12. For BSMS using JEE or NEET
2. After B.Sc. For integrated Ph.D. using IIT JAM or jest
3 after M.Sc. As a Ph.D. using GATE/net/jest
Iisc is the best. Than comes top IISER than niser. And in last new iisers.

Then in April when your JEST result comes. You need to edit your application and put your JEST rank. If your JEST rank is good. They will call you for an interview. After JEST not just in IISC. Everywhere like IISERS etc. You need to apply at each Institute separately.
