Hello Suraj, yes fundamentally speaking students with M.Sc. Qualification haben allowed to appear for GATE which is the gateway examination for admission into post graduation in engineering. This examination in the year 2021 is going to be conducted by IIT Mumbai. But it seems that you are a bit late as the date for registration is already over. Astronomy and Astrophysics (Andhra Pradesh) at IISc Bangalore is a research programme Ph.D. and M.Tech Research) runs in a collaboration with IIA: ISRO and RRI. The basic eligibility criteria is given below. Educational qualifications: M.Sc. M.Sc. In Astrophysics is a full-time postgraduate course which covers both theoretical and observational aspects of astrophysics, with the course modules consisting of one compulsory module focused on building research skills in Astrophysics, and a variety of different optional modules that focus on topics such as Stars and Nebula, Gravitational Dynamics, and Accretion Physics.
