Yes, you can get admission in IISER, etc. After doing B.Sc Honors physics from any college but the procedure one has to follow to go there is :-
Option no. 1:- after B.Sc. Hon's physics to do one year post graduate Diploma and then one have to give GATE exam, with GATE scores they take admission, this option will help you to get scholarship in M.Sc HRDM (human resource development ministry) will pay the charges of your academics.
Option no 2:- This option is regarding giving direct entrance exam of this institutions after that they select on the basis of entrance exam marks.

No, for getting seats in IISC you have to give JEE advance. JEE advance is not allowed in 3rd attempt. So, you can't get admission in IISC.

Also, after the cut-off is declared, an interview round is held according to which the final candidate list is prepared.

You can get into IISC Bangalore only if you have Maths as a subject also in your 12th Class. If you have then you can get admission in IISC Bangalore with 500 marks as, you will just have to appear in an interview round where students
