Top international colleges like Harvard, Cambridge etc. do not have any fixed eligibility criteria for getting admission in one of their colleges. It completely depends on the outlook of the candidate. Performing well in international entrance exams like GMAT/GRE helps as that is one of the main indicators or measures which are used by foreign universities to award admission. The candidate should also have a strong undergraduate degree (Academic) and strong inclination towards extra-curricular activities. All these factors combined should help you portray a decent application for gaining admission in the top colleges abroad.
Moreover, many reputed universities require the candidate to have completed their Masters before they can secure admission in a PhD program. Hope this helps!!

Of course, it's a good idea to do aerospace engineering from IISC where there are high chances of taking up into ISRO. But all at the end depends upon the skill you have and ability to be taken up.

Hello Shivani,
No, you cannot. The eligibility to appear for GATE for a B.Sc student is to have an M.Sc degree.
Only BE/B.Tech and B.Arch students are directly eligible without post graduate degree.
All the best!

I have done B.Tech in 7 years with 56% marks. Is it a right choice to pursue M.Tech from IIT/IISC?

First of all, it does not matter how long you have taken to complete your B.Tech and IIT is a great choice if you pursue M.Tech from the same.
