It totally depend on knowledge, skills, foundation, research papers and project work with positive attitude, commitment and dedication. A doctoral degree is typically required to work as a full-time, tenure-track university professor. You should be prepared to earn an undergraduate degree in your chosen subject area, go to graduate school, complete a Ph.D. programme, conduct independent research, and write and publish articles in scholarly journals.
As you keep on earning more experience in the field, you will become eligible to be a professor in IIIT. Check the careers section on the IIIT website for the minimum eligibility criteria to be a professor.

You can pursue Research (Ph.D / M.Tech (Res), Course (M Tech / M Des/ M.Mgt), Ph.D (Integrated) and External Registration Programmes, Post Graduate Programmes, BS (bachelor of Science), etc.

You can get into IISC by the entrance exams like : JEE Mains, KVPY, GATE, NEET, JAM.

If you want to pursue Bachelor of Science (research) then you have to take admission through JEE Mains / NEET / JEE Advanced / KVPY.
To pursue M.Tech/M.Des/M.Mgt Programme, you have to qualify GATE/ CEED/ CAT or GMAT
To pursue integrated Ph.D, prepare for IIT JAM Exam/JEST.
For research programme (Ph.D & M.Tech (Research), you have to qualify CSIR-UGC NET for JRF/UGC-NET for JRF/DBT JRF/ICMR JRF/ JEST / NBHM Screening Test /or GATE/ or INSPIRE fellows (for Ph.D).

You need to take the decision by weighing pros and cons of your career aspirations.
