It is not possible with this rank. You should score maximum to get admission. They have various branches but every branch's cut-off is high and not below JEE Mains score of 240.
If you score 250+ then hope to get a branch but not CS.

To get the admission in IIIT-Hyderabad you need to score more than 230 marks. In 2017, round 4 cut-off was 268 for CSE and 235 for ECE.

At this score, it would be somewhat difficult to get IIITH as this institute being research center gets filled last upto 230 marks so getting this would be difficult for you but yes, if you are from SC category, it will be beneficial for you.
