I have got 124 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get admission for CSE or ECE in IIIT, Hyderabad?

This doesn't matters to get in IIT. If your JEE Mains marks will be above the cutoff, and if you qualify the second paper for JEE Advance, then that score card of your 2 paper will decide, whether you will get an IIT or not.

What is the complete fee structure in IIIT-H of 4-years for ECE branch (B.Tech) including hostel charges?

The fee structure I did not know but For 4 years it is approximately 15 Lacs visit the college and vonfirm it from there.

It takes admission through marks in JEE Mains. You need to score above 200 to get a seat. For CSE, it is around 250 marks usually.

Difference is of the level only. IIIT, Hyderabad has a very high level in comparison of IIIT Delhi. Placements of IIIT Hyderabad are the best in India.
