Admissions are based on jee main rank. For YMCA you need to give JEE Main exam. After that, you have to fill Haryana B.Tech counselling forms available at HSTES site.
If your rank is less than 60000, you get admission easily.

You have to register for jossa counseling, and counseling may start from first week of June.
5 years ago I get 46321 rank in JEE can I get admission in YMCA Faridabad and in DCRUST murthal in CSE. I am in obc and from Haryana.

No, JEE Main is compulsory, without that you cannot take admission in YMCA.

Depends on the cut off specially CE is the top most branch of YMCA which has very low cut off around 25000.
Depends on the scenario of cut off this year.

CE is the top most branch of YMCA and cut off goes really low around 20000 to 30000 for general category. For OBC, it depends last year it went till 57000 approximately. Every year, the scenario change.
