Well, both of these are above average colleges and have almost similar placements but MS Ramaiah is having a low fee than Jain.

Campus plays an important role, but it's your value addition from the course that would matter after you pass out. So interact with previous batch students about curriculum details and then decide on the college.

B.Tech course in Jain University is provided by IIAEM. According to the students there, here is a list of the pros and cons of joining the programme including placement stats in the CONS.
Pros:
You can overwhelmingly say I'm from the aerospace branch.
If you have a lot of money you can spend on building some quadcopter and RC flights.
Cons:
1.High tuition fee for the aerospace branch, hostel fee (but it has the best hostel in Karnataka).
2.Around 97.5% of people join aerospace just because of its name, there you are not going to learn anything.
3.Only 1 maybe 2 companies visit for campus recruitment and only 1 or 2 may get selected.
4. Ony 5-7% of the people get placed in general.
5. You will end up doing some testing IT job or low-level management job or some BPO job.

I would like to suggest you to go with ABBS for MBA reason being the kind of exposure, quality of teaching, placement, infrastructure. ABBS is really good.

The fee would be 1.6 lakh per annum and for hostel. You have a choice 2 sharing and 4 sharing. For 2 sharing, it is 1.2 and for 4 sharing, it is 80k.

As in my options, both the courses are as same. So, there is no fun in taking the both course. Further, it's your choice.
