It accepts admission based on the results of a state-level exam, which is followed by counseling. On the basis of previous years' trends in 2019 and 2020, the expected cut off for civil engineering was around 4,000 for admission for different categories in civil engineering. Hence, you may get admission to civil engineering in JNTUK.

However, to keep records, I will say that best way for this is to download the college predictor for this CET from Shiksha and after feeding your ranking etc. , you will get fair idea as to where you stand

With this rank, even in the SC category it is tough to get a seat in top institutes. The Cut-offs of JNTU Kakinada and JNTU Anantapur are under 1000 for SC category. You have not mentioned your branch and hence the above cutoff which I have mentioned is according to all branches.
