The eligibility criteria of the asked courses of JNU are given below. Eligibility criteria : 1. M.A. In Political Science : Bachelors degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 50% marks in Social sciences and 55% marks for those who have Bachelors Degree in Science and technology disciplines. 2. M.A. In Politics (With specialisation in International relation) : Bachelors degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 50% marks. So from above you are eligible for both of the courses.

Yes, you can apply for M.Sc from JNU or any other universities in Delhi provided that you have a minimum of 50% score. But, JNU has not reputed college.

No. As yet, in JNU BCA/B.Tech is not available. Because Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) conducts only PG courses now. You can only do courses under PG such as:- MCA and M.Sc etc. from JNU, while you completing your UG course with certified degree. And if you want to study in JNU with UG course BA (H), so one condition is like you must be choose in 10 foreign languages such:- French, German, Korean, Persian, Arabic, Pashto, Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Spanish. Because Jawaharlal Nehru University offers UG courses only in foreign languages right now. These UG courses include BA (Hons).

Eligibility Criteria : A candidate must have passed the Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks. The candidates who are due to appear in Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination are eligible to apply.
Admission criteria : Entrance test. The entrance test for this programme is a common test for all languages. Questions pertaining to general knowledge, artificial language, language aptitude and general English would be covered in the syllabus. The test will be conducted in the English language as a Computer Based Test (CBT).
So from above prior knowledge of the basic Japanese language is not essential for the asked program.
