It depends upon your course/branch.
Like, if you are getting chemical in Thapar University and ECE/CS in Jaypee, then you should go with Jaypee.
Branch matters more than college.
Both are private universities.

If you get CSE at LNMIIT then go for it and if you do not get a seat in LNMIIT then you can go for Jaypee Noida for CSE.

Well JIIT takes the candidates with 60% aggregate in 12th class and jee doesn't matter .
You'll get the seat in here by your 12th percentage
