Probably not. You could find some, but the probability is less. Usually students here have scored around 150 in their JEE mains. BUT you will find plenty of them who got good ranks in JEE advanced. Even better than 12k.

The cutoff's for different branches are:
Sector 62,
CSE: 80k
ECE: 130k
IT: 1L
Sector 128,
CSE: 1.5L
ECE: 3L
So if your JEE ranks lie somewhere in between you will get admission
