Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So there is no way to get CSE in JECRC University. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of 12th score.

For a technical course like BCA, I would suggest you to go with JECRC University.

JECRC University is comparatively better other than this you can try Manipal, IIS University and VGU-Jaipur.

This is tough to say that, but any college will not get the admission expect JEE or any CET at least you have to qualifying any exam to get the admission. Another option is management quota, but for that, you have to pay donation.

Both are equally bad and do not have any reputation, you will waste your money. Rajasthan does not have any good engineering institute except IIT.
