If you really have to choose between these two then you must go with Amity. Also, one of the big reasons to choose this could be the geographical location and its infrastructure. Jiwaji, on another hand, lacks both. Also, Amity has grown to be a good university and a choice of many students. Also, placements will grow better there.

Hi,
Of course, you can do MBA in Hotel Management course after your graduation. The eligibility criteria for MBA in Hotel Management course is Graduation from any field with 50% and above marks with a recognized university. You cannot go for Master in Hotel Management course, because the eligibility criteria is 4 Years Hotel Management Graduation with 55% and above marks. So, you should go for MBA in Hotel Management course. You can go for various posts through this degree. You can go for General Manager, Auditor, Front Desk Manager and other very high payable posts in good hotels.
Since you are fresher in management degree, so you should do this course through regular Institute. You should give entrance tests for Different Institutes and go for regular basis degrees not distance learning degrees. You will also get good experience for higher posts in good 5 Stars Hotels. You should go for first low range posts and gain experience and then you can go for higher posts. If you will complete your degree from a good Institute then you can go abroad for job.
Best of luck.

If you have done UG from Jiwaji University, you can prepare for various competitive exams like bank, SSC, railways, NDA, etc.
Faculty:
As I already mentioned that there were only few qualified faculty members available and rest of them where hired on contract basis. Guest faculty members were GATE qualified but they had no teaching experience. Standard of the faculty members was normal actually the problem was not in the university but the problem was in the place, Gwalior is one of the worst places in India that's why the faculty members don't want to teach in Jiwaji University.

You can get chemical engineering in private colleges with these ranks. Or, you can go for other courses in science field.
