The total first-year fee for JK Lakshmipat University four-year BTech course is INR 2.75 lakh. This fee includes an admission fee of INR 5,000 and a refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000. JK Lakshmipat University offers seats in UG, PG and PhD courses based on entrance exam scores. The university conducts JKLU DET for admission to BDes and MDes programmes. JKLU also accepts CUET-UG and GATE scores for admission to specific programmes. The university also conducts merit-based assessment for a seat in BBA and BTech programmes.
