The merit-based scholarships for BPharm prpogramme at KR Mangalam University are based on candidates' Class 12 examination marks. The scholarship percentage is determined by the Class 12 percentage, with 25% for 80% to less than 85%, 35% for 85% to less than 90%, and 100% for 90% and above. The scholarship amount is deducted from the semester fee at the time of registration, and additional instalments may be paid by cheque if the student fulfils specific criteria.Some basic eligibility criteria that students need to follow to get a scholarship at KR Mangalam University are: Two scholarships can't be combined.  Attendance in the immediately preceding semester is 75% or above.  The student has cleared the examination of all the subjects which were on offer in the immediately preceding semester.  There is no case of indiscipline, unfair means, or misconduct. Otherwise, the university will not offer scholarships to that student.

For KR Mangalam University's Alumni Scholarships, candidates' attendance in the first semester should be 75% or above. Also, the candidates must have the cleared examination of all the subjects which were in the first semester, there shouldn’t be a case of indiscipline, unfair means or misconduct. The University offers 10% scholarship on the first year fee to students seeking admission to undergraduate Diploma and degree. 

KR Mangalam University DPharm admission is merit-based and the university conducts an Aptitude Test (online) followed by a Personal Interview to offer a seat in this programme. Additionally, KR Mangalam University accepts CUET scores for various UG courses including BPharm, BCom, etc. However, for admission to DPharm, the official website of the university does not mention any eligibility criteria that include the acceptance of CUET scores. The application forms for BPharm at KR Mangalam University are currently available, candidates with valid and decent scores in the CUET entrance examination and KREE are eligible to apply for BPharm course. KR Mangalam University provides BSc courses in more than seven specialisations through the School of Engineering & Technology and the School of Basic & Applied Sciences. The basic eligibility that the university asked for admission to BSc courses is candidates must complete Class 12 from Science subjects with at least an aggregate of 50%. However, admission to BSc courses is based on CUET scores/ KREE scores/ Class 12 scores secured by the candidates. Candidates can secure a seat in the BPharm (Lateral) course at KR Mangalam University with the following eligibility criteria stated by the University. Firstly, BPharm (Lateral) is not a different course from the General BPharm course, candidates can take direct admission to the second year of the BPharm course through BPharm (Lateral Entry), the eligibility criteria that candidates need to follow is to complete a two-year DPharm Course from a recognised university/college approved by the Pharmacy Council of India(PCI) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

For admission to the DPharm course, the eligibility requirements asked by the university include, candidates to complete Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology stream and secure at least an aggregate of 50%. Additionally, candidates who have a qualified bachelor's degree in Science with 50% are also eligible to apply. KR Mangalam University's selection process is based on merit, an Aptitude Test (online) followed by a Personal Interview.
