I would say you should prefer to pursue your B.Tech from PV Narsimha Rao Veterinary University over Veterinary College shimoga because you will get a good study environment along with experienced faculties. The administration, management, and curriculum are top notch and also it is considered to be as No.1 college in entire Telengana. Here you will get all kind of amenities you need and it's fee structure is also feasible. The top recruiting companies are APQS, NDDB, ICAR and many more. The placements are top notch, quiet impressive and commendable as well. But in case of Veterinary College Shimoga you will get the basic amenities and as per as report and the placements are not so impressive.I would highly suggest you go and get admission in the P.V Narsimha Rao Veterinary University and build a great future.
