Havanur College of Law is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University (KSLU). The college was founded to target rural and urban youth so that they can provide a platform for imparting quality education in law. Admission Process: The college follows the admission process of KSLU for its undergraduate law programs. In Havanur College, admissions are usually done on a merit basis, and for most of the courses, you have to physically go and collect the admission forms from the admission department of the office. After filling it out completely and submitting it with the attached documents necessary for completing the admission procedure, there will be a merit list put up where the selected students can check their names. The course duration varies from course to course. For its undergraduate course, LL.B. The eligibility criteria is passing Class 12 in any stream with an aggregate of 45%. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks secured in HSC. Admission dates: The admission process usually commences in March every year and is over by July. Fees: The college follows university fee norms. The LL.B. Course fee is around Rs. 9,000 per year.

1. Graduated in any discipline from a university established by an Act of Parliament or by a state legislature or an equivalent national institution recognised as a deemed to be university or foreign university recognised as equivalent to the status of an Indian university by an authority competent to declare equivalence.
Be or be less than thirty years in the case of general category of applicants and thirty-five years in the case of applicants from SC, ST and other backwards communities as on 1st June.
Have secured marks, which shall not be below 45% (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%) of total marks in case of general category applicants and 40% of total marks in case of SC and ST applicants.
To be eligible for admission in the 3-year LLB. course, the candidate should have:
