DM stands for Doctor of Medicine, which is a super-specialised course in the field of Medical. Candidates can only pursue this course after getting a PG degree in Medical. For admission to a three-year DM course at KGMU, aspirants must get a PG degree in either MD/ MS or any equivalent from a recognised institution recognised by Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. Admission to this course is entirely based on NEET SS entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for DM is standard for all NEET SS aspirants.

Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at KGMU - King George's Medical University is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. For last year, the closing rank for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) was 25581 which is very close to this range. This was for the General category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to KGMU - King George's Medical University.
