Hello Bhawana Raheja, let me out you at ease. There is a difference between cutoff and closing ranks or percentage. Cutoff means that below this value students are not allowed to apply. Like there is cutoff of 75% marks to be scored in 12th for students seeking admission in IIT's. This means that even if a student scores very well in JEE Advanced, but has scored less than cutoff in 12th then such student will not be allowed to even apply for admission in IIT. Kurukshetra University has not placed any restrictions by way of cutoff for getting admission for MCA. However there are certain conditions of eligibility but these are not very tough and hence you can perhaps comfortably seek admission. To help you, i am attaching a link that will give you additional information.
