Admission Process:
Admission is based on the Common Admission Test CAT valid score and Group Discussion and Personal Interview . You can register for CAT 2022 at the official CAT 2022 website in between 10:00 am on August 3, 2022 and 5:00 pm on September 14, 2022. The registration steps are as follows:
Register to generate unique User ID and Password. Log in with the generated User ID and Password to fill in the Application form. Submit Application form after entering details and making online payment to complete the
registration and application process.
Eligibility Criteria:
A person who has passed Bachelors Degree or Post-graduate Degree in any discipline from this University or from any recognised University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (47.5% marks in case of SC/ST candidates)
5% relaxation in minimum eligibility condition will be given to blind/differently able candidates and There shall be no rounding off the percentage of marks from 49.5% and about to 50% for the purpose of eligibility. The candidate who has placed under compartment is not eligible for admission to MBA course.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Kurukshetra University admission to most of the UG and PG programmes is merit-based. KUK admission to entrance-based programmes is done through the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). KUK admission process for all the courses varies from course to course. Kurukshetra University invites applications for PG courses and the last date to apply is Aug 31. The University was expected to release the first merit list for UG and Integrated courses on Aug 22. KUK offers 175 courses on the campus in 47 departments/ institutes and through 282 affiliated colleges and institutes in seven districts of Haryana. The university also offers education at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels via distance-learning mode through its Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukshetra University. Hope it helps.

The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic) of KUK is given below.
Eligibility Conditions: B.Sc (Hons.) in Chemistry/ B.Sc. (Pass) with Chemistry as one of the major subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate or any other Examination recognized by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra as equivalent thereto.

The placements were quite good in Computer Science and Engineering. Around 90% of students have been placed and the placements are still going on so that all the students can be placed by the semester end. The roles offered were all related to IT field.
