The placement scenario for certificate courses at Azaz Rizvi College of Journalism and Mass Communication will depend on the course, industry demand, and most importantly individual effort a student puts in.The college does maintain a placement cell, which will surely help the students in reaching prospective employers, but the result will be more dependent on the application of practical skills, internship experiences, and networking with the media industry. Certificate courses usually offer very specific input on the subject, such as journalism, public relations, or digital media, and thus can certainly create better scope for employability. But as these are shorter-duration courses, placement support may not always be at par with what is offered by full degree programs. Most certificate students use their internships and create their portfolios while building networks with others in the field to search for jobs.

The average package received by students pursuing PG Diploma courses at Azaz Rizvi College of Journalism and Mass Communication tends to fluctuate owing to several factors, some of which would include: industry trends, individual skill sets of the students as well as the particular course that they had achieved completion on, and placement opportunities available in a specific year.Graduates of mass communication and journalism programs normally get AN entry-level salary starting between INR 3 to 6 Lacs per annum, but those numbers tend to get higher when students have specialised skills or if he or she has pretty good internships or good networking in the industry. It must also be noted here that the placement process, along with salary packages also tend to change based on demand for media professionals across the various sectors where graduates end up working-whether in journalism, public relations, digital media, or advertising.

The selection criteria for the B.E./B.Tech course at Bengal College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) are primarily based on the candidate's performance in entrance exams. For candidates from West Bengal, the admission is mainly through the WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) score. The college also accepts JEE Main scores for students from other states. Candidates who have qualified in these entrance exams are required to participate in the centralized counseling process conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). During this process, seats are allocated based on the rank, entrance exam scores, and availability of seats. For candidates applying under the management quota, the college may consider alternative entrance exam scores or their own screening process. The final selection depends on the candidate's entrance exam performance and completion of the admission formalities, including document verification and fee payment.Thank you

In terms of eligibility, the Azaz Rizvi College of Journalism and Mass Communication specifies that, in general, applicants must complete their Bachelor's degree (in any subject deemed equivalent by a recognised university) in order to be considered for admission into the Post-graduate Diploma Programme. This literally means that a candidate can be from any discipline- art, science, commerce, or even engineering. Sometimes prior having or experience in journalism or mass communication is not a requirement. A few courses may favor students who are willing to pass through or experience the reality of a media industry. This college may have an entry test or personal interview through interested candidates.
