IIT Bombay will conduct the UCEED 2025 exam on January 19, 2025 (9 am - 12 noon). The exam will have two mandatory parts. The computer-based Part A and offline-based Part B.

The UCEED 2025 admission portal is uceed.iitb.ac.in. The portal will contain all the important updates about the UCEED 2025 exam, including information brochure, eligibility criteria, syllabus, candidate portal, and useful resources.

Among resources the candidate can download include - previous years question and answer keys.  

The online application forms for UCEED 2025 are open from October 1-31, 2024. With late fees, applications will be accepted till November 8, 2024.

Yes, candidates need to pass any of the national-level entrance exams like UCEED, NID Entrance Exam, NIFT Entrance Exam or CUET score. Aspirants who have not qualified or appeared for any of the above entrance exams, can appear for LPUNEST. Lovely Professional University conducts the National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to its various courses. LPUNEST is a computer based test of 150 minutes. The test includes 125 questions of a total of 500 marks. 

The exam fee for LPUNEST (soft copy of LPUNEST KIT) is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females. The printed LPUNEST Kit is INR 1,500 for boys and INR 1,000 for girls. Check below the steps to apply for LPU admission:

Step 1: Visit the official website of LPU and click on the ' Apply Now' tab at the top of the web page.

Step 2: Register on the official admission portal of LPU i.e. LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering. Candidates can continue to apply for LPUNEST (for scholarship purposes).

Step 3: Upload the requisite documents.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and hit on the submit button to complete the application process.

• Marksheet and passing certificates of Class 10 and Class 12
• Address proof

LPU admission to BDes course is based on entrance exam. The university accepts UCEED, NID Entrance Exam, CUET UG or NIFT Entrance Exam. Aspirants who have not appeared for any of the national-level entrance exam can appear for LPUNEST conducted by the university. The university will also consider the academic performance of the candidates for final selection. For lateral entry, the admission will be based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Once the selection rounds are completed, shortlisted candidates for BDes are further called for a document verification round. Aspirants need to confirm their seats by paying the BDes course fee.

Aspirants who have completed Class 12 with English with at least 50% aggregate can apply for LPU BDes course. Candidates must hold the documents supporting their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. LPU also offers lateral entry to the second year of the course. Candidates need to complete three-year Diploma in Interior/ Architecture/ Civil after completing Class 10 or two or one-year Diploma after Class 12 to apply for BDes (LE).

Lovely Professional University offers a four-year BDes programme spread across eight semesters. The university offers LPU at UG level in eight specialisations, namely User Experience, Interior & Furniture, etc. Apart from regular BDes, LPU also offers lateral entry to the programme.
