Yes. It is possible. If it was a deemed university or an autonomous college, it is clear. Else, in case of having an affiliation, both the colleges must be under same university affiliation.
You must avail a TC from your current college to join the other. You may need to compensate your current college mostly happens if you belong to any of the deemed universities.
but for that you need to have very good first year pointer(above 9 preferably) without any backlogs. Then, you need to contact your college exam section to know further procedures.

Yes, it is possible for a CSE to become a Game Developer, but everything depends on your interest. If you have interest in Game Programming, then you should go for it. There are less competition in this field as compared to other courses. Best of luck.

Computer labs-
CS labs are not in good working condition in all government Colleges. Yet, JSS should have good computer labs. Teaching staff-
Faculty plays an important role in our life, but this is the bad luck that teaching staff is not so much interested in teaching, you have to dependent on self-studies and guest staff. Instead, JSS would have much better teaching staff compared to government Colleges. Placement-
In KNIT, TCS visit regularly, and sometimes other companies also come. This year Snapdeal had come and some other companies would also come time to time, also pool campus placement took place here.

First of all, congratulations for getting a decent rank in UPTU. MMM is no longer a part of UPTU. MMM is now taking admission on the basis of their own entrance exam papers. You can try in ABES, RKGIT and IMS. In these colleges, you may definitely get the desired branch you listed.

Established in 1962 as Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College, the college became affiliated with Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, in 2000.
