Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology (MSIT) in Delhi, as of recent updates, does not accept CUET (Common University Entrance Test) scores for admission into its B.Tech programs. The college primarily conducts admissions based on the JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination Main) scores. Admission to B.Tech programs at MSIT is typically managed through the Delhi University (DU) counseling process, and candidates must qualify in the JEE Main examination. This is because MSIT is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), which follows this specific procedure for engineering admissions.

Academics is fine but not great. It is the best college for a B.Ed course in GGSIPU.MSIT's location is comparatively one of the best among the IP colleges. Close proximity to nice and pocket friendly food joints and clubs and malls in Rajouri Area. The crowd is quite good and well balanced. I've made some great friends here. The bakchods, the career-oriented ones, and the one who actually like tech .The faculty members focus too much and pressurise on the academics, getting good grades and attendance, but always remember and follow this piece of advice :The key is to focus on projects ! The more you apply the knowledge for real life tasks, the better your concepts will get.Especially, for people who look forward to coding and development stuff, the culture is booming at its peak in the college. A commendable no of serious developers, a number of societies : GDG MSIT, Technocratz and IEEE CS society. Two Google Summer of Code selections also occurred this year.Microsoft Global Delivery Services Ltd.used to come to offer internships till last year, which would convert to nice PPOs. They didn't come this year but will hopefully resume the same next year onwards.Besides all that stuff, cultural activies are also actively organized. Being in Delhi, you can easily contest in DU fests and other events .TEDxMSIT was also organized this year.Although, the college's own fest is not upto the par (the management is skeptical about funds on such activities), that's not a major issue. We're in Delhi! And there are many other colleges here. You can bunk and attend the fests at IITs, NSIT, DU colleges and IIIT-D. Totally worth it.The IP university organizes its own university fest, Anugoonj, which is actually upto the expectations. Last time, Salim Suleman duo performed on the main star night event and boy! it was a night to remember. Moreover, the academics and exams are not much challenging, last night studies are enough to clear them. Though, I would recommend to do justice to the important subjects.Placement scene is arguably the best when it comes to the quality. MAIT has too much crowd and therefore, their stats seem to be better than MSIT but when it comes to proportions, MSIT is ahead.Mass recruitment is done by Infosys, Accenture etc. After them, several good companies visit to offer packages in the range of 4.5 to 9–10 lpa.If you have the skill, you can get a good job.The key is to hack your college life in order to get the most out of it.

After pursuing MBA from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology, you can go for various jobs like Logistics Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Operations Manager, etc. Based on the reveiws provided, 60% of the students get placed, but only 5% placements are due to the college's efforts. It's the students who go about applying at different places and get themselves jobs. Hardly any great options are facilitated by the college. Placement committee is a scam. 50 to 60 percent of students get placed and the remaining of them get debarred due to various reasons. The highest package is 6 to 8 LPA. The top recruiters are SAP labs, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Students mostly get internships from outside, but the college still provides opportunities for internships.
