They have various engineering graduation courses on one hand and also science, arts and management undergraduate courses on the other hand. As one can expect, there is a strong beline for recruiting engineering undergraduate students but perhaps graduates of other branches are not so lucky. The university publishes an annual report on placements achieved, after the end of placements season. This report speaks volumes about the influence the University has on the recruiters or on the other hand how recruiters perceive the quality of students which this university produces. More than 500 recruiters visited the campus to recruit students from graduation to post graduation to doctoral qualifications. The student who secured the highest package was at 54 LPA. However the majority of the students got a package of up to 10 LPA. This includes the students of BBA BSc and Engineering also amongst others. Unfortunately the details of breakdown between different branches of graduation is not available in this annual report. This deemed to be university opens its admission portal at appropriate time and students have to register themselves on this portal for seeking admission. For any graduation course passing of 12th is the minimum qualifying examination. A student can register on this portal even while studying in 12th standard without waiting for the results to be announced. This portal will seek documents which would be in the possession of the student like mark list of 10th mark list of 11th et cetera. After the results of 12th are announced a student is expected to login again and upload the mark list of 12th as well as entering the marks obtained in appropriate place. Getting admission for MBA is definitely one such area where students are really anxious to know in advance their chances of getting admission into their desired Institute. Many colleges therefore publish cut off or closing ranks so that the admission process of that Institute does not get cluttered with too many applications. Also to help students, many state governments have their own entrance exams for the government universities and colleges which are affiliated to these which are operating in their geographical areas. However deemed to be universities do not come under these rules and they are allowed to have their own procedures for admission. Remaining 25% weightage is available for ranking in any of the national level entrance test. So one can imagine the minuscule weightage given to this examination score and hence how it has a very minimal importance.
