For their MBA programs, the Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies (MRIIRS) typically demands a minimum CAT percentile of 80–85. Admission to their MBA programme is also determined by an applicant's academic record, work background, extracurricular activities, and performance in a face-to-face interview; hence, a 76 percentile on the CAT may not match their expected criteria. Consequently, being in the upper CAT percentile is not the only factor that determines admission. There is a reasonable chance of getting into their MBA programme with a 76 percentile, but the odds can be improved with a solid CV, relevant work experience, and an outstanding interview performance. It is advisable to think about applying to other MBA schools as well, as some of them accept applicants with CAT percentiles between 70 and 80. MBA programme admissions decisions are also based on a number of other criteria, including academic standing, extracurricular involvement, and performance in group discussions and individual interviews during the selection process. As a result, even while the CAT percentile is significant, admission to MBA programs is determined by a number of other factors as well.
