Private University is a university established through a State/ Central Act by a sponsoring body viz. a Society, a Public Trust or a Company. Such universities may be independent of UGC control over day-to-day activities, but cannot award degrees, affiliate institutes/colleges or set up off campus centres etc. without the UGC's approval.

| Grade 'A' accredited by NAAC

The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is an autonomous body established by the UGC to assess and accredit institutions of higher education in the country. It grades an institution from A++ (best rating) to C. Rating D indicates that the institution is not accredited.

Mewar University BCom course admission is either based on MUEE or CUET. For admission via MUEE candidates must apply via the official website of Mewar University and for CUET candidates must apply through the official webiste of CUET exam. Once candidates qualifies any one of the exam, they can participate in the counselling process. After the counselling, candidates are shortlisted based for the final admission. This national-level exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Both the entrance exams are conducted in online mode. Mewar Unversity hasn't released any official dates related to the BA admisson. However, the admission portal is open for admission. Candidates are required to visit the official website of the university to apply. Students can also refer to CUET exams for admisson to the BCom. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CUET 2024 complete schedule. The CUET 2024 exam will be held from May 15, 2024, to May 24, 2024, in three slots. NTA released the CUET 2024 intimation for the May 15 to May 18, 2024 exams.
