Patil is also good in respect of academics.So I would suggest Try to focus on learning right skills and you will find yourself in a Good Company. Understand what you study and try to implement it. College is Just a medium. To sit into placements of Good Companies MIT would be better as compared to DY Patil

Yes, there are many successful women seafarers across Indian and foriegn countries as well. Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training (MANET) offers courses specialised in Merchant Navy studies. The programmes are available in Marine Engineering and Nautical Science. For admission, candidates must have minimum 60% in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Science subjects.
