    The best college in Gujarat
Placements: From my batch, 10-15% of students were placed from the University, and the package they got is around 4.5-7.00 LPA. The top recurring companies are Sun Pharma, ONGC, etc. From the batch, almost all students get internships in different companies. The basic roles in my course for the internship and placement are quality analyst, QC, production manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The classroom labs and infrastructure of the college are among the best I have ever seen. As in campus, we get a free Wi-Fi facility. Also, the college library is the best place for reading in a peaceful surrounding. I had not used the hostel as I am a resident of Vadodara, but the sports facilities are too good. The college has its separate cricket ground, which was maintained by the Baroda Cricket Association. The college also has a pavilion where we can play games like football, volleyball, swimming, etc.
Faculty: The exam pattern is set to be hard to get the best possible outcome from the students. Teachers are very knowledgeable, and I will rate teaching quality 8/10. The semester exams are a little tough; you need to cover the syllabus to get good marks in them.
Other: I had to choose BSc chemistry because I am wanting to work in forensic science as well as in the pharma industry.

Really good infrastructure and great teachers with average placement in the company.
Placements: The approximate number of students in our course was around 180-200. The highest package paid was around 8 LPA. The average was about 5 LPA. The lowest was about 3 LPA. The companies were mostly polymer companies with some soap and shampoo companies which were producing chemical-related products. Around 70% of students got internships. Personally, I got an internship in Shakun Polymer in Gotri. The course offers a lab assistant position.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was kind of average in the college. It has a good canteen which offers affordable food. The classrooms allocated to us were 3, with 2 labs. The Wi-Fi was free for everyone in the college with great speed. The games were also good with a great indoor and outdoor stadium. Personally, I was not in the hostel so I cannot judge the food quality.
Faculty: The teachers in Chemistry were friendly and had great information with them which helped us a lot in the semester. Almost all teachers held Ph.D. degrees in their respective fields. The exams and the mid-semester tests were tough enough to test your knowledge.

    It could have been better.
Placements: The department provides placement after 4 years of this honors course. The placements are average in terms of package, as the average package is of 2–3 Lacs. Placements are provided as public health nutritionist, in industries, and in quality control jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The classrooms and Wi-Fi labs are okay too. The library has various books to study and is excellent. Problems rise sometimes with the laptops and projectors in classrooms, and the washrooms are average too. The hostels are equipped. Three or four girls hostels are near the college. Mess food is good. There is a pavilion opposite the HM hostel where several sports are being taught.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but problems arise with some in their explaining abilities. The curriculum is a lot informative, practical and relevant. The semester exams are good enough. The chances of failing are less in this course. The pass percentage of the course is above 37%.
Other: I chose it because it provided specialization in all three fields: public health nutrition, food science and quality control, and dietetics. It opens up a wide range of possibilities for placement and gives a great experience in all specializations. The faculty has several campus events throughout the year and also sprint events that you can be a part of.

The Maharaja Sayajirao University has the best campus and library and will be graded A+ by NAAC.
Placements: Around 20 students were placed in this course. The highest package was INR 5.60 lacs, and the lowest was INR 3 lacs. The top recruiting companies were ISS, TCS, ISRO, and Wipro. Around 10% of students get internships. They get internships at companies like Wipro, TCS, and ISRO. The top roles offered in this course are data analyst, financial analyst, actuary, operation research analyst, and software developer. We can also get jobs in the teaching field.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure, of course, was very good and very helpful for jobs. There is free Wi-Fi for college students. There are two computer labs, which are very good. Talking about libraries, MSU has Gujarat's biggest library. Classrooms are also big and open, with AC. The hostel is also very good. The food, mess, and canteen are also good. A good medical facility is also available. They conduct a sports day at the hostel every year.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They are always helpful. They are also very qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also good. The infrastructure, of course, is very good, as it can be helpful and make students ready for industry level as well. Semester exams are tough at some level. Teachers are very intelligent, and students are also. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I like math and I want to build my career in the mathematics field. The best thing about the course is that it is helpful for industries. The course is very good. There is nothing to change about it. Eligible students get scholarships every year. The campus is the best among all government universities. Students are also very helpful. In universities, they conduct events like Science Fest, Sports Day, and weekday celebrations every year.

I am somewhat satisfied with my bachelor's degree from MSU.
Placements: Maharaja Sayajirao University is well known, but it is the worst when it comes to placements. I got admitted to general B.Sc. program. All students who get admitted to general courses lack internships and placements. They offer placements to those students who are in high-payment courses.
Infrastructure: As the name suggests, my university is widespread and has many different faculty members across various departments, along with good infrastructure. We have Wi-Fi, canteens, a Nescafe canteen, a medical department, hostels, etc. It's not very hygienic, but the taste in all of mess and canteens is good, and it is very affordable.
Faculty: All the professors are highly qualified and, on average, hold PhD. in their respective fields. Some are very helpful and calm, but on the other hand, there are a few who tend to yell rather than help and can be very stubborn. Course is usually not explained in detail, but practical lectures help us understand. This is why the exam papers are easy if we pay attention in class.
