You can apply for B.Ed programme in MSU, and the number of seats available for candidates from commerce faculty are 16. And the process of admission is on merit basis on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e., your Bachlor's degree.
Here is the eligibility criteria for the same:
Candidates marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce or Bachelor's in engineering or technology with specialization in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.
He/She must be a graduate from the M.S. University of Baroda or from any other University recognized as an equivalent for the purpose. He/She must have taken the Bachelor's degree in the 10+2+3 or 11+4 pattern.
He/She must have offered English as one of the subjects at the higher Secondary/College or University Level.
Reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other applicable categories will be as per the rules of the State Government.
A candidate admitted to the B.Ed programme shall not do any other course during the same academic year.

As I know about the admission eligibility criteria in MSU admission is only through counseling based on the rank obtained in Gujarat Common Entrance Test GUJCET and 12th class result. In previous year, You need to score about 95 score in GUJCET to get in and if you belong to SC or ST then you can achieve the same by about 85 to 90 marks. If we consider JEE score you can get in MSU by getting at least 130 to150 in JEE for general category students. For more details about MSU, Baroda you can visit to this link :-
