At the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), candidates are assessed using a number of important factors in a thorough, multi-stage selection process for the MBA/PGDM program. Initially, candidates must apply online by completing the application form, which asks for information about their educational background, employment experience (if any), and admission exam results.NDIM accepts scores from the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, and ATMA admission exams. A proper score on one of these tests is required for candidates to be considered further. Although the exact cutoff may change annually, your chances of being nominated are increased if you perform well on these tests.Shortlisted candidates are invited to Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) following the consideration of their admission exam scores. Candidates' leadership abilities, communication skills, and capacity to discuss and analyse current topics are assessed throughout the GD. Assessing a candidate's personality, educational history, career goals, and general fit for the MBA/PGDM programme are the main objectives of the PI.During the final selection process, NDIM also takes into account elements including extracurricular activities, employment experience, and academic achievement. The combined results of the admission exam, GD, PI, and other evaluation criteria are used to make the final decision.
