It takes 5.5 academic years with one-year compulsory internship after which the students are equipped with lifes multiple and vast knowledge from pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical courses. The tuition fee is around Rs 20-25 Lacs per course and, there are additional costs added on for some students. Yes, with 600 marks in NEET, there are extremely high chances to get admission into MBBS in National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (NIMS), Jaipur. While the previous years cut off of private medical college like NIMS depends on the management quota which was between 200 – 450 marks and the state quota between 400 – 500 marks. Any score above these cutoffs makes you eligible under most categories and 600 is very much above these cutoffs. Academic admission will also depend on seats in the college, category wise (General/Reserved), and the particular year trend of NEET. It is important to approve counseling/ documentation to quickly lock your seat.

National Institute of Medical Sciences & Research NIMS, Jaipur is quite a good option for MBBS. The college is approved by National Medical Commission of India and has MBBS annual admission of 150 students. The college offers well-equipped laboratory, modern teaching aid and an unauthorized teaching hospital with over one thousand beds. Approximately Rs. 20-25 Lacs per course for MBBS makes it costly than the government built colleges but reasonable when compared to other private colleges. It has acceptable academic standard; however, it may not be as good as those standards postulated by the government colleges. In health care, interns and placement opportunities are fairly decent for graduates.
