It depends on factors like choice of career, academic inclination, financial viability and affordability (esp. for Mumbai, if it is not hometown since the cost of living is high).

The Nirma University needs CAT percentile above 70. Hence, your chances are very good.

You have to give CAT entrance for getting into Nirma. If you get the percentile above certain percentile which Nirma decides, then you will get an interview call.
