Hello,
Sastra is ranked before these colleges in NIRF ranking. So, it's better if you get into Sastra if you have a fair score.
6 years ago I passed HS in 2017 and have taken admission in NIT-Durgapur. Can I again sit for JEE Mains 2018?

You can attempt JEE Mains for most 3 times, so yes, you can sit in JEE Mains 2019 if you have passed your boards after or in 2017.
