Note, it's not necessary that all colleges participate in it.

If both are around the same distance, I would suggest you NIT-Jaipur as the better one.
Also, try for SPA Bhopal over NIT Jaipur. Best of luck.

Simple reason for it is that you can change your college at any point in time but your branch comes along throughout the life. Also, a low branch from an elite institute will be a short-term comfort but a good hard work in core branch from an average college will be worth it and reward you more.

And the cut-off is just for those who have qualified for JEE Advanced. Even if you have not cleared the cut-off, you can get admission on the basis of JEE Mains.
